Lindsey Smith grew up in Santa Fe and is inspired by its creative culture. She is a certified yoga and cycling instructor with 9+ years of experience teaching dynamic, music-driven classes. She leads heated and non-heated Vinyasa, Hatha, and Power Yoga as well as indoor cycling sessions that emphasize safe form, breath, and inclusive movement. She is known for her high-energy sequencing, clear cueing, and ability to create an uplifting space for students of all levels. She is certified in Schwinn Power, CPR, and multiple yoga/spin programs.
